What this program is

The reason group fitness works is attendance, and the reason it fails is also attendance. Most memberships are abandoned within weeks — not because the workout was wrong but because the schedule was, or because the first class was pitched at people who had been coming for a year.

So this membership is designed around turning up. Morning and evening batches, studio and online, unlimited classes, and the ability to pause rather than cancel when a month goes sideways. Instructors hold current licences — we check the date, not just the certificate — and teach a low-impact version of every routine alongside the standard one, so a knee or a first week back does not mean sitting out.

It is a fitness class, not a dance course. There is no exam, no showcase and no sequence to fall behind in: you can join in week one or week nine and the class works the same.

What a class looks like

  1. 01

    Warm-up

Progressive warm-up to class tempo, with the modified version demonstrated at the same time rather than mentioned in passing.

  2. 02

    The routines

Choreographed dance-fitness routines across Latin and international rhythms. Steps repeat within and across classes, so newcomers pick them up quickly.

  3. 03

    Interval structure

Higher and lower intensity blocks alternated deliberately, so the class works as conditioning rather than as one continuous slog.

  4. 04

    Modification, always available

Every routine has a low-impact version taught alongside the standard one — for joints, for pregnancy where cleared by a doctor, and for anyone returning after a break.

  5. 05

    Cool-down and mobility

Stretching and mobility to close, which is the part most people skip and then feel two days later.

  6. 06

    Progression, if you want it

No levels and no exams — progression is optional and comes from intensity and frequency rather than from a syllabus.

What you leave with

  • A cardio habit you actually keep, because the schedule fits
  • Routines you know well enough to enjoy rather than chase
  • A low-impact option on the days your body needs one
  • Improved conditioning over months, not a transformation in six weeks

Pricing

Pricing for this program depends on format, cadence and length, so we quote it on the consultation call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most families. Ask an advisor — the call is free and there is no obligation.

Common questions

Please read before enrolling

Group fitness instruction only, not medical or physiotherapy advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor before starting and tell your instructor.

Dance is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Classes are taught to a level, not to a body — please tell your teacher about any condition or injury before you start.
