We never promise score guarantees, never ghostwrite, and treat AI as a tool — not a replacement for a coach.
What we will and won't do
- We coach essays. We brainstorm, structure, give feedback, and edit — but we never ghostwrite. The voice stays yours.
- We teach savings basics. Our Savings 101 program explains 529 plans and how aid works, but it is educational only — not financial advice.
- We use AI carefully. Concierge chat, study plans, and essay feedback are AI-assisted. Every output is designed to be reviewed by a qualified human coach.
- We protect student privacy. We don't sell student data. Parents see what matters; students own what they create.
