What this program is

Cloud certifications are unusually gameable, which is their weakness. It is possible to memorise a dump and pass, and it is obvious within a fortnight of starting the job that you did. The value of the certificate depends entirely on whether the preparation built anything real underneath it.

This program is structured against the published exam objectives — every objective is covered, tracked and revisited — but each domain includes hands-on lab work in a real console, because a service you have configured once is a service you can reason about under exam pressure and afterwards.

Question-bank work runs throughout on a spaced-repetition schedule rather than in a panic the week before, and mock exams are taken under real conditions and reviewed by domain so revision is aimed rather than general.

How preparation is structured

  1. 01

Choosing the right exam and baseline

Which certification actually matches your role and experience — foundational, associate or professional — and a baseline assessment so preparation starts from evidence rather than optimism.

  2. 02

    Core infrastructure

Compute, storage and networking: the primitives every other service is built on. Labs build a small working environment from nothing rather than reading about one.

  3. 03

    Identity, security and governance

Identity and access management, least privilege, encryption, key management and audit logging — the highest-weighted domain on most exams and the one with the worst real-world failure record.

  4. 04

    Databases, integration and serverless

Managed databases, queues and event services, and serverless compute: when each is the right choice and what each actually costs.

  5. 05

    Reliability, monitoring and cost

High availability, backup and recovery, monitoring and alerting, and cost management — which appears on the exam and matters more in the job than most candidates expect.

  6. 06

    Mocks, review and exam booking

Full-length timed mocks reviewed by domain, targeted revision on the weakest two, and the practical business of scheduling, exam rules and what happens on the day.
