How we choose your coaches
Eight sports, one standard
Sport-specific accreditation
Each sport is coached by staff accredited in that sport. A single coach does not cover the whole timetable.
Experienced with the age group
Age-wise batches are led by coaches who have taken that age group before — what works with a fifteen-year-old does not work with a seven-year-old.
Background checked
Every coach working with minors completes a background check and safeguarding briefing.
Switch sports without starting over
Coaches share a common assessment framework, so a child moving between sports keeps their progress record.
